BillWise provides healthcare billing tools including but not limited to ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS code lookups, billing calculators, educational content, and related resources. These tools are provided for informational and reference purposes only.
3. No Medical or Legal Advice
The information and tools provided on BillWise are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, or billing advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals, coders, and legal advisors for specific billing decisions. Code accuracy and reimbursement eligibility should be verified with the relevant payers and authorities.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Code databases are updated regularly but may not reflect the most current code sets from CMS or other authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to billing errors, lost revenue, or compliance penalties.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
